Raw land is usually priced by the square meter in Panama. We will provide the total price and number of acres for you, but it is often easier to compare properties by paying attention to the price per square meter.
Example: if the property costs $5 a square meter, take 5 * 10,000 = price per hectare
To find the price per acre, divide this number by 2.471.
Example:
Price $5 per square meter
5*10,000 = $50,000 per Hectare
$50,000 / 2.471 = $20,234.72 per acre
